The recognized Peruvian Chef Virgilio Martinez Véliz, founder of the world famous Restaurant: CENTRAL, located in Lima, Peru, was elected as the Best Chef in the World, recent recognition of the Chefs’ Choice Award 2017, sponsored by Estrella Damm.
The Restaurant CENTRAL currently is one of the top five Restaurants of the world. Also with presence in London, United Kingdom, with the Restaurants named: LIMA and LIMA FLORAL.
